An early Austria goal from David Alaba took some of the wind out of North Macedonia’ sails. It led to a game with no cards.

The Port Vale corner handicap was a comfortable winner from the shortlist. After conceding early, they racked up the corners and came from behind to win.

I’ve previewed the League 1 lunchtime game between Tranmere and Wycombe for WeLoveBetting:

Corinthians vs Internacional (21:00)

Just a small interest in this one in Brazil’s Serie A tonight.

These two are level on points heading into this game and sit in positions just outside the Copa Libertadores qualifiers spots.

With the season coming to a close, it’s important for both to start winning if they want to have a chance of reaching the South American Champions League.

Only the top three have lost fewer times than Corinthians – their problem has been putting sides to bed having drawn 13 times.

At home, Corinthians have been pretty strong – P16, W9, D6, L1 and quite impressively is that they’ve kept nine clean sheets here.

They’re strong at the back, which should help them nullify Internacional’s forwards, and the visitors have failed to score in 7/16 away games.

Their overall away record isn’t great. Just four wins in 16 and they’ve all come against sides lower in the table, although they have lost to three of the four sides currently in the relegation zone.

It’s a case of strong home side up against a poor travelling team. That’s reflected by Corinthians averaging 2.06 points per home games compared to Internacional’s 0.88 points per game on their travels.

Add in the strong home defence with the number of clean sheets they’ve kept then expect a low-scoring game.

Of their nine home wins, seven have been either 1-0 or 2-0, so this could well follow suit and that’s why I’m happy to take this bet.

Corinthians to Win & Under 4.5 Goals (31/20 – Coral – 0.5pt)
